One reason that people are existentially insecure is the belief in karma as punishment for some past-life transgression (as if a whole life isn’t challenge enough). But because karma does not mean what we think it means, we don’t really have it: the universe does not punish, it learns.

And that learning-universe tells us a lot about our present-life and past-life choices and challenges.

It also tells us a lot about our destinies - our reasons for being here, especially in 2022, “The year of joy.”
